We hope to see a good turnout of female participants in the event, both in the surfing and stand up paddle (SUP) segments. We also hope to see some newcomers interested in trying out SUP.
At the heart of Mumbles Gower OceanFest is fun - if you would like to enter the contests/race/fun paddle but are not sure of your ability, please be assured that ALL levels of participants are taking part!

If you've never tried SUP but would like a lesson, contact Matt Smith at www.supgower.com. Matt is a SUP instructor based in Mumbles. He will take you through the very basics of SUP and get you out on the water and standing up in your very first lesson. All equipment is included in the lesson fee.
